Job Summary As a Pick/Pack Associate, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities Pick products from warehouse inventory using pick tickets, RF scanners, or handheld devices Pack customer orders according to company standards Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment Label, sort, and prepare packages for delivery Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Pay Details:
