Pick/Pack - New Albany Introduction At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with ACCEL in New Albany. This full-time, in-person position offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products within a dynamic factory and warehouse setting. Shift Patterns Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:45 pm Pay Rates 14.50 USD hourly Must-have Requirements Are you able to stand 8-10 hours a day? Role Responsibilities Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products. Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards. Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations. Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse setting.
