Order Puller -
Packer Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Order Puller-Packer to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for locating products, accurately pulling orders, and preparing items for packing and shipment. Forklift and powered order-picker experience are NOT required for this position. Employees without equipment experience can perform order-pulling duties using approved manual equipment. Powered order-picker equipment may only be operated by employees who are properly trained and certified. Responsibilities Order Picking and Pulling Follow printed order sheets to locate and retrieve products throughout the warehouse. Verify item locations, part numbers, and quantities to ensure accurate orders. Pull orders efficiently and place products on carts or other approved equipment. Operate powered order-picker equipment only when properly trained and certified. Staging and Packing Preparation Transport pulled items to designated packing stations. Work with Packing Associates to confirm that orders are complete. Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies. Stage and label completed orders for shipment. Inventory and Warehouse Maintenance Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory-control tasks. Keep picking aisles, workstations, and staging areas clean, organized, and safe. Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged merchandise, or safety concerns. Equipment and Safety Safely use carts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other approved warehouse equipment. Complete routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Follow all warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures. Qualifications Forklift and order-picker operating experience is not required. Previous warehouse, order-pulling, packing, or shipping experience is helpful but not necessary. Ability to read order sheets and accurately match item numbers and quantities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Dependable attendance and ability to work the full assigned schedule. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to follow safety procedures and workplace instructions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift. #INDJen
