Job Summary Responsible for locating, selecting, and organizing items in the warehouse based on customer orders. This role ensures that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Attention to detail, time management, and safety are key components of the job. Key Responsibilities Retrieve and pick products from shelves according to customer orders using pick lists or digital devices. Verify product descriptions and quantities to ensure accuracy before packing. Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks pallet jacks, and cherry pickers. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to optimize workflow. Assist in packing and labeling items for shipment. Report any discrepancies or damages in products to the warehouse manager. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse procedures. Assist with inventory management and stock checks as needed. Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily picking quotas. Help unload and store incoming shipments. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 1-2 years of forklift experience / license required. 2 years of cherry picker experience preferred. Follow our safe packaging guidelines for order fulfillment. Inspect products for accuracy prior to packaging. Comfortable lifting 50-75lbs. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Great attention to detail. Diligence and punctuality. Physical strength and stamina. Working Conditions Fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Requires standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting of parts and packages up to 75 lbs. Occasional overtime, weekends, or evening shifts may be required based on business needs.
