Entry-Level Packer / Production Worker - 1st

Shift Job Overview:

Manpower is seeking Entry-Level Packers / Production workers for a premier glassware manufacturer located in Toledo, Ohio. This is a first-shift manufacturing position ideal for individuals seeking entry-level factory, production, or warehouse work. Full-Time | First Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.| $15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Pack and repack glass products in a production environment Assemble cartons and packaging materials Inspect finished glassware for defects and quality standards Perform Selector/Packer and Sealer duties as assigned Seal and label cartons according to production requirements Maintain accurate counts and follow work instructions Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all manufacturing safety, quality, and production guidelines

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to safely handle fragile glass products Dependable attendance and punctuality required Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable working in a manufacturing / factory / warehouse environment Must be willing to submit to drug and background screening You must have proper footwear to work in a glass factory. Hard leather shoes are required.

All leather uppers are required. Safety Requirements Hard leather work boots required No mesh sides permitted Must follow all PPE and workplace safety policies for an Entry-Level Packer / Production Worker position
