Position Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate in our Tobacco Division, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently packing customer orders for shipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time. Responsibilities Accurately pack customer orders for shipment. Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Verify product quantities and order accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work closely with fellow team members to complete daily warehouse objectives. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Skills Experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems Strong understanding of warehouse operations such as shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, stocking, and materials handling Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper safety equipment (PPE) use Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse activities and heavy equipment operation Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy Prior warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience preferred for leadership potential Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of mechanical systems is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality control and accurate order fulfillment Join our team if you're eager to contribute your skills in a fast-moving warehouse environment!
