•$16.60/hr starting (with pay progression up to $22.97/hr once hired full-time through the client) About the Company LaborMax Staffing is now hiring Production Workers for our client in Upper Sandusky — a foam seating manufacturer formerly known as Bridgestone. This facility supplies seats for a variety of major automotive brands and offers a clean, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth. (Rehires from Bridgestone must be approved through HR.) Position Overview Production Workers are responsible for producing high-quality parts in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and process parts according to established standards and instructions. Inspect and finish all parts to meet quality requirements. Pack parts into approved containers with correct counts and labels. Complete and record daily quality and safety checks. Maintain a clean and safe work area following all company and safety policies. Report equipment or product issues promptly to supervisors or team leaders. Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain a productive flow. Follow all proper procedures for handling and disposing of materials and waste. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 100% of the shift. Frequent bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching (up to 4 ft). Climbing ladders and working in warm conditions. Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs. Must be able to work all mandatory overtime as needed. Shifts & Pay 1st
