1st Shift - 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM Job Description We are currently hiring for a Packing Associate position. This role is responsible for packing finished products, preparing materials for shipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards before leaving the facility. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment and follow all safety procedures. Responsibilities Pack products safely and efficiently Inspect products for quality and accuracy Label and prepare orders for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety guidelines and procedures Work as part of a team to meet production goals Lift, move, and handle materials as needed Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus, but not required Dress Code / PPE Requirements Hard toe/steel toe shoes are required Bump caps and safety eyewear are provided by LMP Jeans and t-shirts are permitted Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
