Job Description

The Picker and Packer are responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse locations, preparing orders, and packing items for shipment. This role ensures orders are fulfilled correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. It is a hands-on position essential to smooth outbound operations in a distribution center.
Pay:
$18.00/hr
Hours:
8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday Qualifications
  • Experience with WMS systems.
  • Prior experience in order picking, packing, or shipping roles.
  • Familiarity with pallet jacks, carts, or conveyor systems. Skills & Competencies
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environments (preferred but not always required).
  • Ability to read pick tickets, labels, and instructions accurately.
  • Comfortable using RF scanners, handheld devices, or basic warehouse technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
