We specialize in collectible coins, currency, and related numismatic items. Our auctions are fast-paced, and we need a dependable team that can keep up with the volume while handling valuable items with care, accuracy, and integrity. The Role We are looking for a Prestige Flex Hand — Packager to help support our fulfillment and daily operations. This role is primarily focused on packaging customer orders from our live streams, but the employee must also be flexible enough to assist with other basic office, inventory, or operational tasks when needed. The goal for this position is to become a full-time role. However, hours may be subject to change based on stream volume, sales volume, workload, staffing needs, and the needs of the business. This position requires someone who is reliable, focused, trustworthy, and able to follow systems carefully. Every package represents PRCC to the customer, so accuracy and professionalism are extremely important. Responsibilities Secure Packaging Wrap and package customer orders safely and professionally. Use proper mailers, bubble wrap, tape, and packing materials. Make sure items are protected from damage during shipping. Order Accuracy Verify that every package matches the correct buyer, shipping label, and order invoice. Double-check contents before sealing packages. Make sure the correct inserts, rewards, or special items are included when required. Stop and ask a manager if anything is unclear. Speed and Efficiency Keep up with a high volume of daily shipments. Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Help support PRCC's goal of fast, organized, next-day shipping when possible. Inventory Prep Assist with organizing inventory when needed. Help prepare items for upcoming live streams if assigned. Keep items separated and organized according to company systems. General Support Assist with basic office or operational tasks as needed. Help keep the packaging area clean and organized. Support the team wherever needed to keep operations moving. Requirements Trustworthiness You will be handling valuable coins, currency, and customer orders. Integrity is non-negotiable. Attention to Detail Small mistakes can be costly. You must be able to focus, follow instructions, and double-check your work. Reliability Our business depends on consistent workflow after live streams. We need someone who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and is ready to work. Flexibility This is a flex-hand position. While the primary responsibility is packaging, you may be asked to assist with other basic office, inventory, or operational tasks when needed. Dexterity You must be able to handle small and delicate items carefully and use packaging materials such as tape, bubble wrap, mailers, labels, and boxes efficiently.

Compensation and Schedule Rate:

$16.00 per hour

Target Hours:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch The goal is for this position to be full-time. However, hours are subject to change based on stream volume, order volume, workload, staffing needs, and business needs. Some weeks may require schedule adjustments.
