Job Overview Trigger Guard Tactical, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to support daily packaging, order preparation, and fulfillment operations. This position involves preparing products for shipment, checking orders, organizing packaging materials, and maintaining an efficient and organized work area. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous packaging or warehouse experience is not required. Training will be provided. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working as part of a team. Responsibilities Prepare products and customer orders for packaging Select appropriate boxes, bags, and protective packaging materials Pack products securely according to company procedures Verify items and quantities before sealing packages Apply shipping labels and required package markings Sort and stage completed packages for shipment Inspect packages for visible damage or labeling issues Organize packaging supplies and materials Maintain packing stations and work areas in a clean and orderly condition Assist with basic inventory counts and product organization Report damaged products, missing items, or order discrepancies Assist with receiving and organizing incoming materials Follow company safety, packaging, and handling procedures Work with team members to complete daily fulfillment tasks Perform other packaging and operational duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions accurately Good organizational skills Reliable and punctual Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently when needed Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the workday About the Position The Packaging Assistant helps ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and organized accurately and efficiently. Pay:

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
