Grader

Grader Muskogee, OK Red River Brick, a premier brand within the General Shale network, is seeking a Grader to join our manufacturing team at our Muskogee, Oklahoma facility. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working in a team environment, and supporting safe, efficient production operations.

Position Overview:

The Grader is responsible for unloading brick from kiln cars, loading brick into jigs, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting production goals while contributing to a safe workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrive to work on time and maintain consistent attendance Work assigned schedule with minimal interruptions Unload brick from kiln cars and load into jigs Work together as a team to complete the required number of cars each shift Clean and organize work areas at the end of each shift Assist with stocking essential working materials as needed Follow all safety regulations and work efficiently Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Block or brick laying experience preferred Mechanical skills preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong teamwork and communication skills Dependable with a commitment to workplace safety

Skills Required:

Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
