Job Description

Your Next Shift As a Packaging Associate, youll help keep our bakery line moving fast and flawlesslyturning finished product into shipment-ready orders that meet exact standards. This entry-level role exists to protect quality, accuracy, and food safety at the final step before product reaches customers. Key responsibilities include preparing cartons and packaging materials, packing product to specification, completing required checks, and escalating recurring packaging issues to the Team Lead/Supervisor.
Required qualifications/skills:
Food manufacturing experience and Good Manufacturing Procedures knowledge preferred Read and understand simple instructions and short written communication Basic math skills (including fractions/decimals, rates/ratios/percents) and interpreting bar graphs Common-sense problem solving in standardized situations Ready to launch your career with hands-on experience in food manufacturing? Apply today. On the Line Your day kicks off on the packaging floor, where you set up your station and get into a steady, high-energy rhythm. Youll fold and stage cartons, keep labels and lot codes aligned, and stay sharp as finished items come through for final review. Throughout the shift, youll double-check weights and seals, spot anything that doesnt look right, and quickly flag trends so the team can correct them before they grow. Expect a MondayFriday schedule, with some weekends when demand surgesand plenty of chances to learn from a supportive team as you build speed and confidence.
