Semi climate-controlled warehouse Job Summary The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurate order picking, inventory management, and forklift operation in a fast-paced distribution environment . Key Responsibilities Pick orders accurately using RF scanners Operate forklifts (stand-up & sit-down) Load and unload trucks safely Count, track, and manage inventory in assigned areas Follow client-specific handling and storage requirements Complete inventory, shipping, and receiving paperwork Assist with packing, staging, and shipping prep Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Essential Skills 2+ years warehouse order picking & forklift experience Experience with stand-up and sit-down forklifts Knowledge of inventory processes Proficient with RF scanners Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience with packing and staging shipments Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems Strong organizational skills Ability to adapt in a high-volume distribution setting Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
