Picking Associate#26-21264 Beaverton, OR Onsite Job Description Overview This role supports warehouse operations within a high-volume, fast-moving environment modeled after leading global athletic brands. The work hours are 6am - 2:30pm with designated lunch and break times. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to stay productive both independently and as part of a larger logistics workflow in a Warehouse environment. Primary Responsibilities Process apparel, footwear, and equipment by hanging, racking, labeling, organizing, and boxing items—aligning with the streamlined workflow standards commonly used by major athletic manufacturing and distribution facilities. Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization throughout all warehouse tasks. Follow directions well while also demonstrating the ability to self-lead and stay productive during independent work periods. Comfortable working alone for extended periods while maintaining consistent output and quality. Additional Responsibilities Assist with cross functional fulfillment activities such as picking, packing, and shipping as required Operate a work truck when needed and support manual loading and unloading of products. Provide occasional support to other warehouse team members during high-demand or peak operational periods. Role Summary The position is primarily focused on product processing and warehouse organization, with occasional responsibilities in logistics support and team collaboration depending on operational needs. Availability:
Must be flexible to support extended or irregular hours during peak periods and critical cutover activities.
