Job Description
Job Summary A growing animal nutrition manufacturing company is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Powder Packaging Associates to join our production team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, packaging, food production, assembly line work, or industrial production environments. The Powder Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging animal nutrition and feed products, operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production facility. Key Responsibilities Package and label animal nutrition powder products according to production specifications Operate packaging machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently Perform quality control inspections to ensure product accuracy and consistency Monitor packaging lines and maintain production efficiency Palletize, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Follow GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, production, food processing, or assembly line environments preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required throughout the shift Strong teamwork and communication skills Forklift experience is a plus but not required Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States with valid documentation Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Comfortable working around powders, manufacturing equipment, and production machinery What We Offer Stable full-time schedule Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Hands-on manufacturing and production experience Team-oriented work environment On-the-job training provided
