Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inserter/Kitter to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced, regulated environment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Your focus will be on ensuring that all materials are handled properly, equipment is operated safely, and production documentation is accurately interpreted and maintained. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Use pinksheet to establish which finishing components are needed to complete the product order. The required finishing components span a wide variety of items, such as calendars, magnets, velcro, first aid kits, adhesive business card pockets, direction cards, pens, and more Look over the final products quality. Interpret batch records, production documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to accurately perform tasks and document activities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work environment in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and cleanroom protocols. Assist with inventory management, materials handling, and proper storage of raw materials and finished products in a warehouse setting. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is not a requirement but nice to have. Must be able to lift 20-pound boxes
