Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and efficient Parcel Pickers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing parcels for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack parcels according to order specifications. Ensure that all items are scanned and tracked correctly throughout the picking process. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to supervisors promptly. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials and equipment. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
