Job Description:
1st & 2nd Shift Available We are seeking dependable Production and Case Packer workers to join our food production team in Elizabethtown, PA. This position works in a refrigerated environment and plays a key role in processing and packaging frozen vegetable products.
Responsibilities:
Unpack frozen vegetables and load product into blending and packaging machinery Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure efficient operation Assist packaging team members as needed when not operating machinery Stack finished boxed products onto pallets at the end of the production line Maintain production standards while working in a fast-paced environment Follow all safety, quality, and food handling procedures
Requirements:
Previous production, manufacturing, packaging a plus Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 40°F) Ability to lift and stack boxes weighing 6-35 pounds throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Schedule:
