Production Packer - 1st & 3rd Shift $16.00 per hour | Full-Time Looking for a steady job in a fast-paced production environment? We are hiring Production Packers to join our team. No advanced experience required — we will train motivated individuals who are ready to work and learn. What You'll Do Pack finished products into containers for shipment Prepare products for production and packaging Work on and around conveyor lines and production equipment Assist with cleaning and general production duties Support other departments as needed through cross-training Maintain a safe and organized work area What We're Looking For Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and willing to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work in different areas of the production floor Pay & Benefits $16.00 per hour 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Company-paid life insurance Paid time off Employee Assistance Program Employee product discounts Background check and drug screening required
