Description Inspect processed pork food products handled within a food production environment to ensure they are not damaged. Pack products, ensuring that packing specifications are met. Determine grade to assess the quality of pork based on specific criteria such as size, fat content, color, and overall condition and/or weigh pork products by placing pork cuts on calibrated scales to obtain accurate weights in accordance with product and customer specifications. Assure product quality by removing or sorting out all inconsistencies not meeting specifications per quality and weight standards. Load products into package processing equipment. Place products into containers. Keep pace on the production line.
