Pick and Pack Associate Join the Way Delivery team! We're a dependable, family-owned business based in Lancaster County, and we're looking for a motivated, self-starting Pick and Packers Associate to join our growing operation. This exciting role is key to helping our team ensure that shipments are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately meeting and exceeding customer expectations while supporting company goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Retrieve and prepare inventory for delivery Package and label items for shipment in a timely and organized manner Inspecting products for damage and defects before packaging them for shipment Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting items up to 50lbs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by performing regular cleaning tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations Track inventory and process orders using basic computer systems and scanners

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School graduate or equivalent. Adaptability to shift tasks based on business needs Ability to lift up to 50lbs A commitment to safety Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
