About Us Regal Foods, located in Leola, PA, is a growing spice manufacturing and packaging company focused on producing high-quality spice products for retail and bulk customers. We repackage spices into consumer bottles and 25 lb bulk bags for food manufacturing and distribution. We take pride in quality, teamwork, food safety, and efficiency. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Production & Packaging Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for packaging spices into bottles and bulk bags, operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to safely lift materials throughout the shift. This is a full-time position. Hours are Sunday 10:00 pm - 5:00 am; Monday-Wednesday 5:30 pm - 5:00 am. Key Responsibilities Package spices into retail bottles and 25 lb bulk bags Assemble, label, and pack finished products into cases Operate and monitor filling, weighing, sealing, and packaging equipment Accurately follow production work orders and specifications Perform quality checks to ensure proper weights, labels, lot codes, and packaging accuracy Maintain clean and organized work areas following food safety and GMP standards Load raw materials and packaging materials into production lines Assist with changeovers, line setup, and equipment cleaning Follow all company safety procedures and policies Qualifications Manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food production experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly What We Offer Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Paid time off Health/benefits package 401K with company match Work Environment This position works in a spice production facility.
