Customer Packer

Nesco Resource is actively hiring Customer Packers for our client located in McElhattan, PA. Join a growing team with immediate, full-time openings on both 1st and 2nd shift!

Responsibilities:

Accurately pack customer orders Prepare orders for shipment by selecting items based on packing lists and instructions. Apply labels, clips, and bag inserts as needed. Assemble, tape, and label boxes, ensuring packaging meets quality standards. Inspect packing materials and products, reporting issues to team leads. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours a day. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Comfortable with repetitive tasks like loading boxes and stacking them safely onto pallets. Ability to use small hand tools such as tweezers, wire cutters, wire crimpers, screw drivers, pliers, soldering irons, etc.

Pay:

$15.77 per hour (1 st shift) $16.77 per hour (2 nd shift)

Hours:

1 st Shift - 6:15 am to 2:30 pm (if overtime, start would be 4:15 am) 2 nd Shift- 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm (if overtime, end would be 1:00 am) Monday through Friday.
