The Packaging Operator is responsible for the final stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring that finished products are properly inspected, counted, and packed into boxes or cartons according to specific customer requirements. This role requires working efficiently alongside automated production machinery, maintaining a high standard of quality control, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment

Responsibilities:

Efficiently retrieve finished product from production lines, count or weigh them according to job specifications, and pack them neatly into designated shipping boxes or cartons.

Perform continuous visual inspections of finished products for defects such as improper seals, color/print misalignment, incorrect sizing, or tears.

Set up, tape, and prepare cardboard boxes for packing. Affix accurate product labels, barcodes, and tracking information to filled container's

Keep the packaging area clean, organized, and free of debris or scrap in accordance with plant safety and manufacturing standards.

Stack packed boxes onto pallets according to specified patterns, ensure stability, and wrap pallets securely using stretch wrap machines or manual dispensers.

Assist machine operators during line changeovers, material loading, or troubleshooting to minimize production down time.

Adhere strictly to all plant safety regulations, including the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.
