Shifts Available:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Position Summary Warehouse Labor is currently seeking reliable and motivated Pick and Pack / Production Line Workers for a manufacturing facility in Milford, PA. This position is responsible for accurately picking products, packing finished goods, and supporting production line operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick products according to work orders and customer specifications. Pack products securely and accurately for shipment. Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies. Assemble, label, and prepare products for distribution. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed. Perform other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
