Coordinate daily cell operations to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
Communicate with Process Technicians across shifts to ensure seamless handoffs.
Complete production reports, machine setups, and process documentation accurately and on time.
Identify equipment issues and use the blue/red tag system to recommend repairs.
Work closely with leadership including the Production Manager and Shift Coordinator.
