Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Picker/Packer and become a vital part of our logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help keep our warehouse running smoothly, supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an engaging environment where heavy equipment operation, materials handling, and warehouse management systems are key components of daily success. Duties Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to meet daily targets Safely operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other heavy equipment to load and unload materials Pack items securely according to specifications, ensuring product integrity during transit Load and unload shipments accurately while adhering to OSHA safety standards Maintain organized storage using warehouse management systems and proper pallet stacking techniques Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying inventory accuracy and documenting movements Support warehouse operations by performing heavy lifting tasks and materials handling with mechanical knowledge Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse distribution or related construction environments is highly desirable Familiarity with order picking, shipping & receiving procedures, and heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or clamp trucks Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices in warehouse safety protocols Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and other mechanical tools Warehouse supervisor experience or leadership skills are a plus but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Join us in a role where your skills make a real impact! $20.40 - $23.30 per hour
