Will be responsible for packaging small parts, building and assembling custom cartons, and assisting with shipping and receiving as necessary.

Packaging Duties:

o Package small parts in accordance with written work orders o Ability to be trained to make custom cartons. o Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 40 lbs. o Work with and maintain heat sealing tools to seal various bags in packaging process. o Assist with shipping and receiving procedures when necessary (counting, written receipt, labeling, etc.) o Report on packaging material inventory on periodic basis. o Maintain and care for company equipment and property. o Demonstrate safe lifting techniques and adhere to all safety regulations, policies, and guidelines.

Other Duties:

o Read customer, work, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped. o Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, and color or product code. o Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department. o Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method. o Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed o May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed. Sweep, dust, Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. o Wear the proper safety equipment. o Strong problem-solving skills and efficient work style. o Strong ability to organize. o Experience in Packaging. o Ability to work in a team environment, and to interact with all levels of staff, personnel, and customers. o Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work orders. o Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation. o Experience using a Table Saw o Strong Mathematics skills o Must be willing to receive forklift training.
