Order Packer/Guest Services | Temp to Hire | Flexible Availability Required $14-$15/hour to start | Springfield, PA A local bakery is seeking reliable and enthusiastic team members for an Order Packer/Guest Services position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fun, friendly bakery environment. A day in the life of an Order Packer/Guest Services team member: Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming experience. Assist customers with selecting and ordering cakes and bakery products. Prepare and carefully package customer orders, including cakes and other bakery items. Handle cash register transactions and process payments accurately. Restock retail merchandise and maintain attractive, organized displays. Prepare samples and promotional materials as needed. Keep the storefront, counter, and displays clean and presentable. Work closely with bakery staff to ensure orders are prepared and ready for customers.

Requirements:

Must be over the age of 18. Must have flexible availability for daytime and weekend shifts. Customer service, retail, or bakery experience preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
