Responsibilities Efficiently pick items from inventory using order picker equipment and barcode scanning technology to meet order specifications Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks safely and effectively for stock movement and order fulfillment Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques, adhering to safety protocols at all times Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are complete and meet company standards before dispatching Support shipping and receiving processes by organizing stock in designated warehouse areas and updating inventory management systems accordingly Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics accuracy Familiarity with order picking, packing, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory management systems Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while following safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment Excellent understanding of warehouse operations including stocking, load & unload activities, and quality control standards Prior experience in warehouse supervision or team coordination is a plus but not required Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
