Position:

The B2B Packager's primary purpose is to perform production and order fulfillment work by picking materials, verifying items for accuracy, and packaging orders for shipment. Success in this position is measured by maintaining or exceeding client productivity standards, including orders per hour, while meeting quality expectations and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Pick orders from assigned locations accurately and efficiently. Place merchandise into appropriate packaging and prepare orders for shipment. Send completed packages to the shipping line for processing. Replenish products for the PTL machine to support the next shift. Organize, clean, and maintain the work area and equipment. Report errors, equipment issues, or process disruptions to team leaders promptly. Follow all safety procedures, best practices, and training guidelines applicable to the role. Cross-train in other areas of the department as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
