Full Job Description Job Overview:
As an Order Picker/Inventory Associate at our Corporate Campus, you will be a vital part of our distribution and logistics team. Your primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently pick products from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer and internal orders.
Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Fulfillment:
Accurately and efficiently pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer order requirements. Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging them correctly.
Inventory Management:
Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory counts as scheduled. Identify, report, and help investigate inventory discrepancies. Restock shelves and bins with incoming product from receiving.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet daily shipping and receiving goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding order status, inventory issues, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills for counting and verifying product quantities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Pay:
$21.78 - $25.84 per hour
