Job Summary Orders don't ship themselves, and this role is where that final stretch happens. You'll grab items off the shelf, box them up, and check that the label matches what's actually going out. Mornings tend to move at a manageable clip. Then the afternoon truck gets close to leaving and the whole floor speeds up, so keeping accuracy while moving fast matters. It's hands-on the whole shift, mostly standing, lifting, and scanning. We typically run two shifts back to back, and you'll be paired with a small group each time, splitting up the work as it comes in. Responsibilities Pulling items to complete each order Pack boxes securely with tape and padding Scanning items and printing shipping labels Checking quantities against the packing slip before sealing anything Loading finished orders onto carts or pallets Restock packing materials as supplies run low Tidying your station during quieter stretches Setting aside a short or damaged order and letting a supervisor know Qualifications Small discrepancies on a packing slip rarely get past you, even when things are moving fast. You follow directions closely, whether they come from a supervisor or a printed order. A basic scanner or labeling system is something you get comfortable with quickly. When the order queue piles up without warning, you keep your pace instead of falling behind. Lifting and standing through a full shift doesn't slow you down much. You show up on time for your scheduled shifts, since the line depends on a full crew. Even during a rush, you stay level-headed rather than making careless errors. You work well with whoever's paired with you, pitching in without needing to be asked.

$25.01 - $30.12 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 66.0 per week
