Picker and Packer

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Packer and Shipper to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no previous experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role. In this position, you will help inspect, prepare, and ship packages accurately and on time. You will work closely with our operations team and follow simple step-by-step instructions to ensure every package is handled with care. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable using basic online tools. Responsibilities Inspect package contents carefully to confirm items are correct and in good condition before shipment Take clear and accurate photos of inspected items and upload inspection reports to the company dashboard Repack items securely to help prevent damage during shipping Remove old shipping labels or packaging materials when necessary to avoid shipping errors Prepare packages using provided shipping labels and ensure shipments are sent within required timelines Follow company instructions and shipping procedures carefully Maintain regular and professional communication with the operations team regarding shipment updates or questions Keep work areas organized and handle packages with care and attention to detail Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly to the team Qualifications No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided for all job duties Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect items carefully Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately Access to a printer and a stable internet connection is required Comfortable using basic online systems to upload photos and reports Professional and respectful communication skills Basic English reading and writing skills are helpful for understanding instructions and communicating with the team Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay:

$22.83 - $27.49 per hour
