Job Overview We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Product Sorter to work in our warehouse facility. This is a hands-on, physical role focused on sorting mixed-category products from large inbound shipments and rebuilding organized wholesale shipments. This is not a desk job . The role involves working on your feet, handling large volumes of product, and operating in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled warehouse areas. Key Responsibilities Break down large inbound shipments containing mixed product categories Sort products into appropriate categories, with a primary focus on Health & Beauty items Identify and separate items by product type and condition Grade products according to established quality guidelines Rebuild sorted products into organized boxes for wholesale resale Handle products carefully to prevent damage Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed Work Environment Warehouse-based role (no remote or desk work) Combination of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion required Fast-paced, production-oriented setting Requirements Ability to lift and move up to [40-50 lbs] Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to sort accurately Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications Warehouse, sorting, or product handling experience Experience with Health & Beauty, household, or consumer packaged goods Quality control or product grading experience (a plus, not required) Benefits (if applicable) Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities On-the-job training Opportunity for growth and advancement Stable, year-round work
