Job Title:
Clean Room Associate Job Description This role supports the production of high-precision medical tubing in a clean room environment. You will work at the end of the production line to handle, separate, and prepare products for bundling and packaging while maintaining strict cleanliness and quality standards. Responsibilities Work in a controlled clean room environment and follow all cleanliness and contamination-control procedures. Operate at the bottom of the production line by carefully pulling finished tubing off the line. Place finished products onto trays in an organized and efficient manner. Move trays of product to the bundling and packing area to support continuous production flow. Separate tubes as needed to meet product specifications and packaging requirements. Perform packing and kitting tasks, including organizing components and preparing items for shipment. Inspect products visually to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency. Maintain attention to detail throughout all production, assembly, and packaging activities. Stand for extended periods while performing production and packaging duties. Handle materials safely and lift items up to 10 pounds as part of daily tasks. Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines to support a clean, stable manufacturing operation. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail in production, assembly, and packaging tasks. Ability to work effectively in a clean room environment and follow strict cleanliness protocols. Experience or comfort with production, packaging, and assembly work. Ability to perform packing and kitting tasks accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. Ability to safely lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis. Additional Skills & Qualifications Interest in working with high-precision medical and defense products. Comfort working in a structured, process-driven manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn and build in-demand technical and manufacturing skills. Work Environment This position is based in an orderly, professional production facility that includes a controlled clean room environment. The workplace emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. There are three openings available across multiple shifts, operating Monday through Friday on a consistent schedule: 1st shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 2nd shift from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and 3rd shift from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The role requires standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 10 pounds as part of routine production and packing tasks. You will work with production, assembly, and packaging equipment in a structured environment designed to support quality and efficiency. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hopkinton, RI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
