Order Picker

Responsibilities Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load and unload materials safely. Conduct stock checks, stocking activities, and inventory replenishment to maintain optimal warehouse levels. Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products to meet quality control standards and shipping requirements. Assist with shipping & receiving processes by loading trucks, unloading materials, and verifying inbound/outbound shipments. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by following safety protocols and performing regular equipment inspections. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize order picking workflows and improve overall warehouse efficiency. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other heavy machinery. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory control. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to handle heavy lifting safely. Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment is highly preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including load & unload activities, standing for extended periods, and manual handling of materials. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking & packing processes. Warehouse experience combined with knowledge of quality control procedures will be advantageous. Pay:

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
