Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker/Packer, where your energy and attention to detail will drive efficient order fulfillment and distribution. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that every customer receives their order on time and in perfect condition. Your expertise in warehouse operations, materials handling, and heavy equipment operation will contribute to a smooth and productive workflow. Responsibilities Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Conduct quality control checks during picking and packing processes to ensure order accuracy and product integrity. Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders for dispatch. Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory using proper materials handling techniques. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards while performing heavy lifting and load & unload tasks regularly. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or similar roles. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools; certification is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and warehouse safety protocols. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is advantageous but not required. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, load & unload shipments, and stand or walk for extended periods.
