Background check + drug screen required Position Summary The Packaging Associate supports production by assembling corrugated boxes, inserting partitions, and packing small automotive parts for shipment. This role is hands-on and repetitive, requiring attention to detail, quality, and safe material-handling practices. Key Responsibilities Assemble boxes and packaging materials according to work instructions Insert dividers/partitions into boxes to protect parts during shipping Pack small automotive components accurately and efficiently Verify part counts and packaging quality before sealing cartons Label packages and prepare completed cartons for staging/shipping (as assigned) Keep the work area clean and organized (5S/housekeeping) Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures Qualifications & Skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and speed Strong attention to detail (counts, correct parts, proper packaging setup) Ability to stand/walk for a full shift and use hands continuously for packing/assembly Basic communication skills in English Reliable attendance and ability to work the posted schedule Work Environment / Physical Requirements Warehouse/manufacturing environment Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying as needed throughout the shift Fast-paced production expectations Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
