Temporary Production / Packaging Associate

• Greenville is seeking dependable, energetic Coffee Production and Packaging Associate for an short-term project for our customer in the Greenville/Mauldin area .

In this role, you will work under the direction of the Production Manager as part of a team to produce, package, and complete customer orders to exact specifications. This is a highly active, sensory-rich environment where you will be handling bulk coffee beans, operating basic machinery, and ensuring products are perfectly sealed and staged for distribution.

• Production / Packer Primary Responsibilities include: Your main responsibility is the accurate processing, weighing, and packaging of specialty coffee products while maintaining a clean and efficient workstation.

Grinding & Processing:

Grind roasted coffee beans as needed, paying close attention to specific order details such as whole bean versus ground varieties.

Weighing & Bagging:

Accurately weigh and bag coffee products using a specialized weigh-and-fill machine to meet exact volume specifications.

Heat Sealing:

Operate a manual foot sealer to securely heat-seal bags, ensuring product freshness and a professional presentation.

Shipping Staging:

Pack finished bags into boxes, prepare orders, and stage them in the warehouse for shipping.

Labeling:

Print product packaging labels and carefully affix them to the appropriate bags and boxes.

Sanitation & Cleaning:

Maintain a tidy production space by sweeping and mopping floors, hand-washing product storage containers, and disposing of trash at the end of each shift.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure custom coffee orders match product and packaging specs flawlessly.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and work on your feet for the full duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted .

Teamwork & Pace:

Must be a dependable team player who is able to complete tasks on time and work effectively under pressure.

Reliability:

Exceptional attendance and a strict commitment to the entire 3-week project window ( July 6

• July 24 ).

Experience:

Prior warehouse, packaging, or food production experience is a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
