Match Staffing is now hiring reliable, motivated Packers for a growing distribution facility located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy fast‑paced work, steady hours, and a team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Packing Orders — Accurately pack products according to company standards
- Quality Checks — Inspect items for damage, defects, or inconsistencies
- Labeling Tasks — Apply labels, barcodes, and documentation to outgoing packages
- Inventory Handling — Assist with counting, sorting, and organizing products
- Workstation Maintenance — Keep packing area clean, safe, and organized
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production goals Requirements
- Attention to Detail — Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
- Physical Ability — Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs
- Reliability — Strong attendance and punctuality
- Teamwork Skills — Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Warehouse Experience
