Assembly Line Production Worker•Packaging Location:
Camden, TN 38320 (On 641S about 4 miles south of 70 Bypass)Positions:
Production Line What You'll Do You will be packaging firewood bundles, placing them on pallets and preparing for shipment to retailers across the southeast and mid-west. Ensure quality control of all product leaving the facility. Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.) What You Need Must have ability to work in varying temperature conditions. Our production facility is indoors but not air conditioned during summer and limited heat in the winter. Must be a self starter with high energy, a positive attitude, dependability and a team player Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment with flexibility and work in a fast paced environment Must be able to follow and execute simple instructions Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day 18 years of age or older A clean driving recordWork Hours Full Time:
40 Hours- (7AM
- 4:00PM) Opportunity for Weekend work depending on availability
- During peak season (November, December, January, and first half of February) overtime is typically available before / after normal workday and Saturdays.
Hours:
Monday- Friday; 7 am

Pay Rate:
Piece Work:
Production Team is paid per piece produced. At goal overall weekly hourly compensation is approx. $14-16/hr- with merit increases based on job performance).
- Potential additional monthly bonus of approximately $1 to $1.
