Herbal Products Production & Fulfillment AssociateJob Overview The Turmeric Tart is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Production and Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position involving the packaging, organization, inventory tracking, picking, packing, and shipping of herbal products, including herbal tea blends, bulk herbs, tinctures, balms, salves, and other herbal items. Accuracy matters in this role. Employees must be able to carefully read product names, labels, quantities, order information, and written instructions to ensure that every product is packaged correctly and every customer receives the correct order. The work we do matters. Our products become part of people's daily routines, and every bag sealed, label applied, inventory count recorded, and order shipped contributes to the quality and trust associated with The Turmeric Tart. Responsibilities Package herbal tea blends, bulk herbs, tinctures, balms, salves, and other herbal products Weigh, fill, seal, label, and organize product bags, bottles, jars, and containers Follow established packaging, sanitation, food-safety, and product-handling procedures Read order information and accurately match products, quantities, and labels to each customer order Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Double-check completed orders for accuracy and product quality Prepare shipping labels and required order documentation Maintain accurate production, packaging, and inventory logs Track product quantities and report low-stock items Replenish herbs, finished products, packaging materials, labels, and shipping supplies Assist with regular inventory counts and stock organization Rotate and organize inventory to maintain an efficient production and fulfillment center Keep packaging, production, storage, and fulfillment areas clean and orderly Work with team members to complete daily production and shipping goals Assist with additional production and fulfillment responsibilities as the company grows Requirements Strong reading skills and the ability to follow written instructions accurately Strong attention to detail when matching products, labels, quantities, and orders Basic writing and math skills for inventory counts, logs, measurements, and documentation Good organizational and recordkeeping skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks carefully and consistently Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move around for extended periods Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or product quality Dependable attendance and the ability to arrive ready to work as scheduled Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Willingness to follow company policies, sanitation standards, and safety procedures Preferred Experience Previous experience in any of the following areas is helpful but not required: Food handling or food production Food-safety and sanitation procedures Packaging or light manufacturing Picking, packing, and shipping Warehouse or fulfillment operations Inventory tracking and stock replenishment Production logs and recordkeeping Herbal products, tea, supplements, natural products, or wellness products Training will be provided, but applicants must be willing to learn, follow established procedures, and take accuracy seriously.
