Fulfillment Specialist (Pick & Pack) ShipNomad is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse team in the Nashville/La Vergne area. We are a fast-growing third-party logistics company that helps ecommerce brands get their products picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Our team supports brands in supplements, beauty, wellness, apparel, and other direct-to-consumer industries. We move quickly, care about accuracy, and take pride in doing the job right. This is a great fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working on their feet, and takes pride in clean, accurate warehouse work.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00

Full-time What You'll Do As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will help pick and pack customer orders so they are shipped accurately, neatly, and on time. Your work directly impacts our clients and their customers, so accuracy and consistency matter.

Responsibilities include:

Picking customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems Packing orders according to client-specific instructions, including branded packaging, inserts, and special requirements Checking products for damage, defects, or order issues before shipment Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next order Meeting daily productivity and accuracy expectations Helping with kitting, returns processing, inventory projects, or other warehouse tasks as needed Communicating issues, delays, or product concerns to your team lead What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, fulfillment, pick/pack, or shipping experience preferred Comfortable using scanners, warehouse technology, and basic computer systems Able to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and stand for a full shift Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team Positive attitude and pride in quality work Nice to Have Experience in ecommerce fulfillment or direct-to-consumer shipping Familiarity with ShipHero, Logiwa, or a similar warehouse management system Experience with kitting, subscription boxes, or branded packaging Benefits Health insurance Workers' compensation coverage Consistent Monday through Friday schedule Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving fulfillment company About ShipNomad ShipNomad, operated by Nexgen Distro, Inc., is a growing 3PL fulfillment company serving ecommerce brands across multiple industries.
