Job Description
Cabinets To Go is hiring Order Pickers to join our fast-paced Distribution Center team in Lawrenceburg, TN! As an Order Picker, you'll play a key role in getting products to our customers by accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing orders for shipment. If you enjoy staying active and working in a team-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with us. What You'll Do Pick and prepare customer orders using pick lists Retrieve products from shelves and bins with accuracy Operate material handling equipment Scan items using RF devices Stack and organize orders to company standards Perform heavy lifting as needed Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned What We're Looking For Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team player with a positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity goals Basic communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety and quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Use hands and arms to handle, reach, and move products Strong vision (close, distance, and depth perception) Work Environment Warehouse setting with exposure to heat, humidity, and moving equipment Active, hands-on role requiring physical movement throughout the day
