Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a 1st Shift Sorter position for a manufacturing client in Sparta, TN. This is a Temp/Contract job. !

Duties for this position include:

Sort through bundles of wiring and components Organize materials into designated categories Maintain organized inventory and work areas Ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse environment Inspect materials for accuracy and proper sorting Assist with maintaining clean and safe workspaces Support production and warehouse teams as needed Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Compensation (USD): 1st Shift $15.50/hour 2nd Shift $16.50/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday

• Friday 6:00 a.m.
• 6:00 p.m. Possible Saturdays 2nd Shift Monday
• Friday Times TBD Possible Saturdays Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: Previous warehouse or sorting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift and move materials as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team
