Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry level assembler/packager to join our team in a steady-paced warehouse enviroment. As an assembler/packager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality of products are to standards and the safety and efficiency of packaging products for customers. Along with collaborating with the team for improvements and growth.
Responsibilities:
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Operating power and hand tools. Operating machinery to cut, drill, or shape materials Collecting necessary materials and resources to complete set tasks. Using measuring tools to ensure products are within specifications. Verifying quantities and quality checking finished product. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Following company policies and procedures for safety, quality, and productivity. Collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Inspecting and maintaining factory equipment/resources. Meeting production quotas while maintaining quality standards. Assists with shipping and receiving duties. Offloading and loading of materials, equipment, shipments, supplies, etc. Ability to use standard forklift. Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage. Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging. Properly use packaging materials. Keep records of all materials. Review and send emails appropriately. Foster a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork and mutual respect. Work and assist with CNC operator on tasks and projects due.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Working in a manufacturing facility. Technical knowledge and ability to read drawings, review work orders, etc. Ability in using power tools and machines. Good understanding of quality control principles. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Must be able to physically handle the requirements of the job, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, standing, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Ability to work well with others, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with little supervision. Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in select Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); and ability to learn more. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities. Proven ability to meet performance targets and deadlines.
