Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Boxer/Packer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately boxing and packing finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards and packaging specifications. Your energetic approach will help maintain a smooth workflow, support production goals, and uphold safety standards across the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Carefully package finished goods according to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and packaging guidelines Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently, including sealing, labeling, and boxing machinery Inspect products for quality assurance, verifying that items meet specified standards before packing Handle materials and products using appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts when necessary Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Assist with heavy lifting tasks and materials movement within the warehouse or production area Interpret production documents to confirm correct packaging specifications and quantities Skills Knowledge of manufacturing processes and packaging operations in a fast-paced environment Mechanical troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment used in packaging lines Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings and adherence to safety protocols Experience with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production document interpretation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily tasks Industrial equipment troubleshooting skills to resolve minor mechanical issues quickly Join our team as a Boxer/Packer to play a vital role in delivering high-quality products efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.
