Picker/Packer/Forklift

Shift Timings:

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm M-F with some OT need on Saturday's. Pay rate is $16.00 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm M-F with some OT needed on Saturday. Pay rate is $18.00 3rd shift 10:00Pm to 6:30am Sunday-Thursday OT Friday Pay rate:19/hr This position requires you to be on time and have the ability to be on your feet all day. All employees will work inside the Athens, TX facility. Must have positive attitude along with the ability to receive negative and positive feedback on performance. This is a contract to hire assignment based on performance, attitude, and attendance. Picked and packed electrical parts and products according to order sheets and shipping requirements. Operated forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move, stage, and load materials. Used RF scanners to locate, verify, and track products within the warehouse system. Prepared shipments by labeling, wrapping, and palletizing orders for transport. Conducted quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and prevent order errors. Assisted with cycle counts and inventory control to maintain stock accuracy. Followed OSHA and company safety procedures while operating warehouse equipment. Collaborated with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals. Must be able to reach overhead, pull, push, stoop, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and climb ladders. Must use hand and foot controls; perform repetitive motions. Must stand for long hours — this job cannot be performed sitting down. Proper use of various lifting devices required. Must follow OSHA and company safety standards
